National Trails Day
Saturday, June 7, 2014

Each year on the first Saturday in June, GVLT volunteers join communities across the country in celebrating National Trails Day by helping to build and maintain Bozeman’s Main Street to the Mountains trail system.

2014’s National Trails Day was a huge success!

We had over 120 volunteers working from 9:00 a.m. until noon, and managed to resurface about one mile of trail in Burke and Lindley Parks, and build ½ mile of new trail at Highland Glen Nature Preserve, where we also smoothed out some trails and removed a lot of weeds. Thank you to all our volunteers and sponsors!
