“I’m so honored to know that the work I’m doing will help to protect the Montana we know and love for generations to come.”

Bethany Green joined GVLT in the fall of 2023, bringing more than a decade of Gallatin Valley fundraising experience. Born and raised in Montana, she has always been passionate about protecting our trails and open spaces. As GVLT’s Conservators Circle Program Manager, Bethany leads engagement strategy for Conservators Circle members, the donors whose sustained generosity makes conservation possible. She loves building meaningful relationships with supporters and helping them see the impact of their gifts on the landscapes they care about, and firmly believes in the power of all people to make a difference. Before joining GVLT, Bethany spent most of her career in college athletics marketing and fundraising, most recently at Montana State University. She holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Montana State University and an MBA from Kansas State University. Bethany volunteers with organizations across Gallatin Valley, including the American Marketing Association Montana State University Chapter, Help Center, and Roots Family Collaborative. She enjoys spending as much time as possible outside (especially on GVLT trails) with her husband Samuel and their two young children.
