WHERE: Peets Hill/Burke Park (meet in the parking lot on Church Avenue)
We will be pulling weeds on the steep hillside of Peets Hill alongside the Burke Park Traverse Trail. Join fellow trail lovers as we target spotted knapweed and other noxious/invasive weeds.
What to Wear
Closed-toed shoes are mandatory. Wear work clothes that can get dirty and layers. Long sleeves are recommended when pulling weeds.
What to Bring
A backpack to carry supplies, work gloves, lots of water, snacks, sunscreen, rain gear, and bug spray.
